We wanted to send out a letter of appreciation for Barclay Restoration. We unfortunately had a painful experience and our house was flooded. Barclay cam promptly that day. All the staff at Barclay were so helpful and friendly with any of our questions/problems we had. The interaction and feedback we received was always positive and provided in a timely manner. Our home suffered roof and water damage following a wind storm. We were very concerned that the restoration process would be both long and arduous. This was not the case. The communication with your office was excellent and ongoing. Your trades people were polite, professional and on time. We also appreciated the courtesy calls from the trades prior to each arrival at our home. We thank you again for your excellent service at a busy time of the year.
